Delivery The above prices apply F.O.B. tailgate of truck in truckload lots to the nearest accessible point of job site which our motor truck can rEach under its own power. ONE HOUR is the maximum time allowed for unloading of truck - after that, a service charge of $200.00 per hour will be made for truck delayed on a job site, up to $500 per load. Less than truckload lots delivered at $4.80/mi., Each way. Terms Payment terms are cash - due net in the month following the month of delivery and will be referred to in billing as net 30th. If payment has not been received by the end of the second month following the month of delivery the account will be considered past due and shall be subject to a SERVICE CHARGE of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month thereafter on the unpaid balance representing a TIME-PRICE DIFFERENTIAL pursuant to MSA� 19.15 (1). This amounts to an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18% per year. Cash discounts when applicable are allowed providing buyer's entire account with seller is current.
