We are a family owned and managed business, involved in the manufacturing and delivery of precast concrete products since 1958. Seeking a number of qualified individuals to fill full-time positions as GENERAL LABORERS & DRIVERS on first shift for our (4) Michigan locations. JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL LABORERS

• Must be able to work safely and keep safety as a top priority in work environment.
• Must maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation (see physical requirements when you visit one of our offices).
• Must have prompt and consistently dependable attendance.
• Must possess basic math skills and be able to use measurement tools.
• Must be available for additional hours beyond 40 per week.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively within a labor team.
• Must have strong energetic work ethic, dependable, and organized.
• There also currently are additional skilled opportunities for advancement such as working with machinery and equipment within our production facilities.

DRIVERS JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Drivers must be able to load and unload material on your own.
• Drivers will be responsible for securing their own load.
• Drivers will be involved in the process of loading and unloading their 50' flatbed trailer.
• Most Drivers will be trained to operate log style boom product unloaders.
• Class A license required.
• Home every night.
